Sign in​

Use your valid account and click Sign in. You need your username and password.

tip

Use a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari) and make sure cookies are enabled.

If you cannot sign in​

  • Double-check the spelling of your email address and password (case sensitivity, special characters).
  • Use the “Forgot password” function (see Fig. 1).
  • Were you invited to Memida? Accept the invitation and set a password first.
  • Contact your admin if you suspect your account is not yet activated, the email address is wrong, or the account was archived.

Reset your password in a few steps.

Reset password – step by step​

  1. Open the login page and click Forgot password.
  2. Enter the username of your Memida account and confirm.
  3. Check your inbox—you will receive an email with a reset link.
  4. Click the link and set a new secure password.
  5. Sign in with your username and new password.
note

For security reasons the reset link expires after a short time. Complete the process promptly.

Didn’t receive an email?​

  • Check spam/junk folders as well as tabs like “Promotions” or “Other”.
  • Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox (some mail servers delay delivery).
  • Make sure you entered the correct username.
  • Ask your admin to verify that your account exists and is active.
tip

Strong password recommendation: Use longer passphrases (multiple words), avoid reuse, and consider a password manager.

Security and best practices​

  • Do not share your password and secure shared computers with device locks.
  • Sign out after using public or shared devices.
  • Carefully inspect senders and links in password reset emails.

Register​

There are two ways to get access to Memida depending on your situation:

A) Register a new organization/trial account​

  • Click Register (“New here? Register now!”).
  • Enter the required information (email, organization, name) and submit the form.
  • Confirm your email address via the confirmation link you receive.

After signing in you can invite additional users and configure the basics.

  • You receive an invitation email from Memida.
  • Click Accept invitation.
  • Set your password.
  • Sign in—your role and permissions are preconfigured by the administrators.

If your account was archived, you cannot sign in. Please contact your administrators.
