Overall Status

The overall status is a consolidated metric in reporting. It provides a quick indication of how stable the currently filtered inspection equipment inventory appears overall.

Memida calculates the overall status from several sub-values. These include schedule adherence, document integrity, and notification coverage. A high overall status therefore does not mean that every individual item of inspection equipment is error-free. It means that the quality areas considered together are rated positively.

The overall status does not replace the detailed metrics in reporting. Instead, it provides quick orientation for audit preparation, calibration planning, and operational control.
