In the world of APIs, standing still is not an option. With this update, we significantly expand the functionality of the Memida API: the introduction of webhooks enables real-time notifications, while the new test plan endpoints allow for more precise management and integration of test plans. Additionally, the extended API token info provides more context and security for your applications. This update is another step toward making your processes more efficient and secure.

Inspection equipment data is business-critical. It flows into audit documentation, quality records, and compliance processes. That's why it's essential that this data doesn't remain trapped in a closed system. With today's update, we're introducing complete data export in Memida, through three independent methods that cover different requirements.

Today's update brings two important improvements: Two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection and a much faster inspection equipment search via barcode scanner. Additionally, various translations have been updated.

We are pleased to introduce a powerful new way to integrate Memida even deeper and more easily into your existing system landscape. The official Memida Community Node for n8n is now available.

This gives you a tool to seamlessly connect your test equipment management with hundreds of other applications, even without complex programming.

Version 1.3.0 of the Memida App is now available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. With this update, we are significantly expanding mobile capabilities: In addition to a revised user interface, the dashboard, map view, and an integrated PDF viewer are now available in the app. This brings mobile usage functionally even closer to the web application.

With this update, we are expanding the Memida API with central master data endpoints, a new read-only token info endpoint, and functions for comments on test equipment. Integrations can now consistently read (and where applicable, write) manufacturers, device master data, device categories, and inspection report types via the REST API. Additionally, comments on test equipment can be retrieved and specifically deleted – functionally rounding out the existing Apparatuses endpoint.

This update makes inspection documentation more precise, the global search faster to use, and the change history for inspection equipment easier to follow. In addition to new functionality we addressed targeted fixes to stabilize the location view and improve error messages.

This update makes it much easier to work with sites, storage locations, and calibration labs in Memida. In addition to several fixes we expanded the master data tools and refined the UI for better clarity and faster handling.

Memida’s new sticker assistant introduces a powerful way to design and manage custom labels for inspection equipment, packages, and machines. The focus is on flexibility, ease of use, and the ability to print DataMatrix codes directly on labels for fast identification with the Memida app.

The dashboard now features a filter that lets you narrow data by cost center and—if applicable—by company.
