Mobile App with Dashboard, Map View, and PDF Viewer
Version 1.3.0 of the Memida App is now available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. With this update, we are significantly expanding mobile capabilities: In addition to a revised user interface, the dashboard, map view, and an integrated PDF viewer are now available in the app. This brings mobile usage functionally even closer to the web application.
New Features Overview
Dashboard & Statistics
The app entry point now offers – analogous to the web version – a quick overview of the current status of your test equipment. Key figures and due tests are immediately visible, so you can see directly where action is required.
Location Map
The map view is now also available on mobile. This makes finding test equipment easier, especially in extensive factory premises or distributed locations. Navigation to specific test equipment becomes significantly more intuitive.
Integrated PDF Viewer
Documents such as calibration certificates, manuals, or test reports can now be opened and viewed directly in the app. Switching to external apps is no longer necessary, speeding up the on-site verification workflow.
Inspection Types & Pinned Comments
Support for various Inspection Types has been integrated to ensure correct classification of inspections on mobile as well. Additionally, pinned comments are now prominently displayed so that important warnings or permanent information about the test equipment are not overlooked.
Adjustments & Improvements
UI & Image View
The user interface has been optimized in various places to make operation on touch displays smoother. Image display has also been improved: The view is now more performant and offers better zoom capabilities to examine details on test equipment or damages more closely.
The update is recommended for all users to benefit from the new functions and stability improvements.
